Terms and conditions

This regulation and these terms between Fysiotherapie Getsewoud and the participant (hereinafter also referred to as: the member) exclusively concern the data listed in the input columns, as well as any further data they relate to, such as the current class schedule, price list, description of membership type, and the corresponding code. The included data shall be considered as the sole and exclusive evidence between the parties, unless the parties jointly agree otherwise in writing. No rights unrelated to the membership of Fysiotherapie Getsewoud can be derived from the data.
1. Membership
Unless expressly determined otherwise by Fysiotherapie Getsewoud, membership is strictly personal and non-transferable.

2. Payment
a. The membership fee shall be collected by means of automatic debit and is due in advance.
b. Fysiotherapie Getsewoud has the right to carry out promotions and offer discount schemes. Promotions and discounts will never apply to existing memberships.

3. Costs
All costs, both judicial and extrajudicial, incurred by Fysiotherapie Getsewoud to enforce compliance with the participant's obligations, shall be borne by the member after the member has defaulted on compliance with those obligations.

4. Changes to Membership
a. Fysiotherapie Getsewoud reserves the right to change usage times, arrangements, and prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing memberships and will only apply to the member from the beginning of a new period. The member shall be notified in advance in such a manner that the member can terminate the agreement with due observance of the notice period if desired.
b. Fysiotherapie Getsewoud reserves the right to adjust usage times for cleaning, setup, repairs, special occasions, holidays, or other justified reasons, but will inform the member of this in a timely manner.

5. Termination of Membership
a. Memberships can be terminated on a monthly basis but must be canceled six days before the monthly contract expires. Termination of the contract can be performed by the member or by Fysiotherapie Getsewoud.

6. Liability
a. The member hereby declares that he/she will receive the sports instruction solely and exclusively at his/her own risk and that the costs of any possible accident or injury will be entirely borne by him/her. The participant hereby waives all rights to bring an action for damages against Fysiotherapie Getsewoud for reimbursement of any costs, damages, and injuries resulting from participation in sports activities, or for the loss or misplacement of clothing or objects left at the facility. Damage caused to the inventory or building of Fysiotherapie Getsewoud by the member is recoverable based on legal liability.
b. The member indemnifies Fysiotherapie Getsewoud against any liability towards third parties in connection with damages suffered by those third parties during their presence at Fysiotherapie Getsewoud.

7. Denial of Access
The member and/or the guest shall strictly adhere to all rules established by Fysiotherapie Getsewoud and follow the instructions given. Fysiotherapie Getsewoud reserves the right at all times to deny access for a duration determined by Fysiotherapie Getsewoud to any member (and/or guest) who does not comply with the rules. The respective member and/or guest shall have no right to any compensation for being ineligible to use the activities/facilities of Fysiotherapie Getsewoud at that time.

The subscription fees are collected exclusively by direct debit.
